Yesterday, we were waiting at Clark Quay station for Mum to go to Tung Lok (Central) for our lunch.
I was playing with my iphone and PK was looking at this poster at the station intensely. Out of curiousity, I went to take a look. The poster was actually a notice to parents for 2011's Primary One registration.
Whenever I talked about this, PK will act nonchalantly. This round, he told me to join the Alumni of the Primary school that I used to attend. His reasoning, it increases the chances of Claire getting into a good primary school. So, i also jested that he should go volunteering at another ideal school choice!
He gave me this, "Mabbe i should consider that?" look. I was totally stunned, i guess he is equally KS about Piglet being able to get into a good school bah.

The Basketball wounds will continue...
PK gave me the shock of my life on Wednesday. Wednesday is his basketball nite, a night of freedom where he can play basketball, have dinner with his basketball kakis and a night of freedom (Ms. Piggy & I usually stay overnight at Mum's place every Wednesday except during my month end closing or any special occassions!)
On Wednesday, I went home with Ms. Piggy as for the past few weeks I had been camping at Bedok during the week days. I called him at 9.30pm to check on his whereabouts while on my way home. He told me that he was on his way home as he "errm" me. My radar was up and my only thought was he must want to continue chit chatting with his friends.
When I reached home and finished showering Ms. Piggy, PK still had not came back. So I called him twice and twice, he cut my line off! I was furious! While making milk for Ms. Piggy, he called home and I asked him where exactly he is.... He told me that he is at the A&E in Mt. Elizabeth hospital! This totally threw me off and I "scolded" him for not telling me the truth!
Apparently, he was hurt during the basketball game and the wound (near to his left eyebrow) required stitches that the GP was unable to do it for him. Thus he was referred to A&E in Mt. Elizabeth hospital. This is not the first time he got hurt during his basketball games!
And he still has the cheek to tell me that since he is an old bird at getting hurt. Ice is always the best to stop bleeding and bruises!!! The moment he made this statement, I warned him that NO BASKETBALL GAMES till his stitches are removed and the wound completely recovered. He protested by whining.... but the wife wins for the time being!
Anyway, I think if PK is uncautious, he will continue to get hurt during his basketball nights. I really dunno what to say..... :(

Buey tahan PK....
Yesterday, I told PK that Mum bought the mattress so that she can have a better nite sleep if she 's bunking over at our place.
Then, we re discussing which mattress to throw for the daybed. Currently, the daybed has 2 mattresses, one is the standard that comes with the daybed & the other is the feather mattress pad over it.
So, I suggested that to throw both away. PK said no and that he wants to keep the feather mattress pad by exclaiming," 它跟了我这么久，有感情的ok!!!" I laughed loudly upon hearing his outburst!

Morning breakfast
I had breakfast with PK this morning at Macdonalds. It has been a long time since we ever had couple time to ourselves.
Even though, the time spent is short but it is a great feeling. Plus I really feel like taking leave to spend the day with him but reality is reality. I need to work and he needs to run his errands like sending our DVD player for repair & collecting his repaired printer.
He is so funny when i told him about my intention to get an MC but i stopped as I had a lunch appointment with an ex-colleague. He told me to take it on this coming Friday coz he is off too and we could go catch a movie together.
I m seriously looking forward to the day when i can catch a movie with him alone.

Updates
This week has been a busy one for myself.
Work => Bz coz of company structure reorganisation, my dept ended up doing alot of extra & sometimes unnecessary work. All thanks to the "efficient" directions from our head office in Hamburg. With this change, alot of human dramas unfold and I dunno how long I can endure such shit.
I want to move out but I m reluctant (see the dilemma in me) as I m too comfortable in the current position. At the same time, I m doing things to sabotage myself... Perhaps i should just trust my gut feeling and resigned without a job first.. before finding another one. Simple reason, my co requires 2 months notice for resignation.
Family => Ms Piggy has a strong personality since the day she is born. This strong trait of her is getting more and more obvious as she grows. It is physically demanding on the unfit me to chase after her and mentally very tiring to discipline her. She is lovable and adorable if she doesnt throw tantrums or unwell.
In the past few weeks, Ms Piggy has hurt herself in play or by the clumsy parents. Her response? She just cried for a while but resume back to her mischievous self. Just on Monday, Mum told me that Claire had a bad fall while she was cooking dinner. She found Claire all fours sprawling over her little chair. Claire was wailing as she was in pain but Mum can't really find the injured area.
Later, Mum discovered the injured area. It was on her inner thighs, a big angry red bruise plus the skin was being scrapped. Ms Piggy is brave, she did not cry when PK applied zambuk on it. She only winced in pain!
Her clumsy parents accidentally caused her to fall and srape her knees. This in turn teaches Piglet something, whenever she fell down. The first she did when she got up from the fall is to look at her knees.
Relationship => With PK, things are still the same but i sort of neglected him this week due to work and my obessession with watching this Taiwan drama serial, 败犬女王. I guess now he can understand my frustrations with him whenever he bo chap me and just watched his Japanese animation. And this week, I m proud of him for helping me to settle Claire while I worked OT. But Claire (the fusspot) dislikes PK to bath her or settle her down to sleep. (I guess PK's way of bathing her & putting her to bed might make her uncomfortable....)
Personal => Still have yet to really read the scriptures that my dear fren has given to me. This scripture is to calm me down and enable to have a good night sleep. Also, i have been asking myself loads of questions and I choose to ignore them in the sense that, its a waste of time & efforts to find answers to those, "What if" questions. So all in all, life goes on and i should not think too much... Think too much = asking for trouble at times. :)

Tired
Last night, I came home late due to this dumb tele-conference that I needed to attend.
Ms Piggy was asleep when i m home. PK was reading his online manga using my notebook, I told him i need to use the notebook and it started another nagging session.
I guess PK still dun understand how sick and tired I am of my current situation with everything going on. I m sick of the childcare arrangement, I m sick of my job, I m sick of the lack of concern given to me by PK. Basically, I need some me time to myself. I just wanna be selfish, ditch Claire with him and do what i wanna do!
After a while, he went to sleep in Sis' room while I m watching the Korean drama. I can hear him snoring and his teeth grinding. I felt so bad for nagging at him, he also has his own stress and stuff but he never told me much about it. I dunno what to say but i find it really tough to cope at the current moment.

Pirate King's change
Guess Pirate King did change for a little better after numerous arguments etc etc
Yesterday was Mothers' Day, his sister had asked him earlier on whether will he be free for dinner etc. He said yes and originially, his sister wanted to push the job of organising the dinner venue etc to him.
Pirate King pushed it back to her and the usual Ang family practice is to leave everything to the last minute. As most of the restaurants are packed or reservations are full, it ended up having the dinner at the zi char place near to our place.
So, I told Pirate King to go there early and ordered the food first. Once, he has placed the order, i will bring Piglet there. Amazing, my in laws were early, they called Pirate King about their arrival. Pirate King told them to order the food first while we will go down once we get Piglet settled.
While getting Piglet prepared to go out, they called again and asked where we are. Pirate King told them we are walking and about to reach there. His sis told him that they will wait for us first before ordering food. Pirate King immediately listed out the menu for them.
I commented to Pirate King that I could resign from my job and be a fortune teller coz i predicted this action of my in laws. I m happy that Pirate King is mindful of my feelings and he also bothered to look after Piglet during our dinner.
Keeping my fingers crossed that both of us will get better with time!

Happy things!
Even though, life has changed alot and time passed faster since the arrival of Piglet.
The happy things I discovered last week,
1. Learning that Piglet has finally rolled over by herself
2. Having some US time with Pirate King - Just watching Lust, Caution at home
3. Managed to catch some sleep on Sunday morning!
4. This might sound gross, being able to pass motion! (I was constipated for 1 whole week!)
So, i strived to do the following:
1. Reduce the amount of nagging and shouts at Pirate King (usually related to Piglet's stuff)
2. Try not to be irriated by my in laws' behaviour and words
3. To tell my in laws' firmly not to kiss or touch Piglet too much (coz of Piglet's eczema, plus me as the Mummy also did not kiss Piglet!)
4. To be more relaxed about future child care arrangements for Piglet
The happy things I discovered last week,

Fed up!
I m simply so fed up with Pirate King! I can't stand it and "fired" at him today!
Yesterday, I told him where to find the contact no of the confinement lady in case of early labour. Guess what he told me, "You have to put it in a word document and print it out nicely for me to read." Sounds as if I m his secretary!
We are supposed to meet for dinner today but I was in discussion with my boss at work when he called me in office. He din even bother to sms me that he is hitching a ride from his colleague!
Afterwards, we agreed to meet at Vivo City. I was late and he complaint about having to wait for me! Somehow, something just snapped inside of me and I fired at him for being insensitive to me and my needs etcc especially in my current state! Imagine me hungry and always having to wait for him for dinner.... He s the one that is perpertually late!
Plus, he has the cheek to complain that he is tired! Why is he so tired? Coz he likes to watch animations on his PC at home till wee hours of the morning! Just simply fed up with him!

Couple's Watches
Yesterday, Pirate King & I got a pair of couple's watches. This pair of watches are our birthday gifts to each other for 5 years starting from 2007.
What watch did we buy for each other? Its a pair of Tudor watches and both of us are paying it via a 24 months interest free instalments. Anyway, the simple reason for getting the watches, our old watches are dying on us and if we sent for repair... It will be a major overhaul & expensive... We might as well get a quality watch within our budget.
